I already purchased my devices. Can you install them?

Yes, for supported devices and installation types. Send the model information and photos of the intended installation location.

What if my device isn’t compatible with my home?

We’ll review known requirements before installation. Some products need additional equipment, an appropriate network, or a particular type of connection.

Can you help with multiple devices during one visit?

Yes. Let us know everything you’d like installed or configured so the work can be reviewed and quoted together.

Do you install hardwired systems?

Work involving new electrical connections, alterations to existing wiring, alarm systems, or in-wall network cabling may require an appropriately licensed contractor and is not included in our standard smart device setup service.

What if I’m renting?

Some devices can be installed without permanent modifications. Others require drilling, hardware replacement, or landlord approval. We’ll review the options before work begins.
